5-day PMI Project Management Refresher Course - New

Description
 

This 5 day 36 hour course includes lectures, hands-on exercises, Q &A, and lots of sample exam questions. This course focuses on the Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge – PMBOK and covers all knowledge areas that are covered on the actual exam.  This course is designed to first provide project managers with a refresher on project management as it pertains to understanding and applying the International Standards for project management. The second half of the course is a highly focused exam preparation.

Who Should Attend
Project managers and/or individuals that are interested in the prerequisite 35 hours for the Project Management Institute ’s PMP ® certification exam. Students should already be familiar with the basics of the project management process.

3-day PMP Exam Prep Course - New
Description

This 3 day 20 hour course is designed for the experienced project manager to provide the essential preparation needed to pass the PMI Project Management Professional (PMP ®) Exam. Rather than focusing on basic Project Management practices and skills, this course focuses on the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK ® Guide), those specific areas covered in the exam, and practice tests.

Who Should Attend
Individuals that have completed at least 15hrs of project management instruction and need to prepare for Project Management Institute ’s PMP ® certification exam as quickly as possible to successfully pass the exam.

Project Management Basics

Description
