This program will guide you through the following
five career guidance exercises (steps) that have helped millions of
people manage their career development.
Step 1 - you
will define your interests, skills,
values and behavioral traits as a means of describing your personality style.
Step 2 - you
will create a list of job titles
that match your interests - occupations that you
want to explore as possible career goals.
Step 3 - you
will research your job titles to
learn the true nature of each career option.
Step 4 - you will select a career goal
- the occupation that you believe best matches your personality style.
Step 5 - you will develop a step-by-step plan
(including
the selection of a college major if necessary) outlining how you plan to
achieve your career
goal.
Our five step program is self-instructional in nature. You should be able to complete
it without any difficulty. However, if you have any questions
or need assistance, please

report that they spent 1-3 hours per week over a 2-3 week period to
complete the program.
