Immunization
Form
ü
Proof of immunization is required for online students.
However, SPC faculty is exempt from this requirement. Please
contact Davanh Phrachanh at (727) 341-3333 or Deborah Boyle at
(727) 341-3321 before
enrolling in a UCF course in order to process the immunization waiver
and avoid registration delays.

Transcripts
ü
Transcripts required are
for baccalaureate degree
ü
Transcripts should be sent
to the address in the Application Fee section above

UCF Library ID Number
ü
Access peer-reviewed
references and resources for the scholarly paper that is a core
assignment for the course

*For readmission/reactivation, you will need to create a
new account and complete a new application with application fee.
If you previously applied through this online system, you may receive a
message that says you already have an account. Choose the ‘Continue &
Create New Account’ option and a new PIN will be assigned to you.
**Payments made by check or money order will delay the
application approval by approximately 10 days)
Registration
After your application for admission is
approved, UCF will email you two numbers:
ü
Personal ID (PID)
ü
Network ID (NID)
Use these
numbers to log-in to
myUFC and enroll in
courses. Tuition fees are
paid by the student and
reimbursed by SPC.
Continuing
non-degree-seeking students will be assigned an appointment day for
registration. The registration day and appointment time is available
through
myUFC.
Textbook(s)
St. Petersburg
College's SPD department has some textbooks* available to lend:

Please check the SPD textbook
inventory for availability
ü
If
textbooks are available, complete
textbook request/receipt form
ü
If
textbooks are not available, you may apply to be
reimbursed for the
expense
Please refrain
from marking in loaned textbooks or those you are submitting to be
reimbursed for.
(* Course
instructors may substitute textbooks and reading materials at their
discretion)
Reimbursement
Please submit original receipts for
tuition, books and application fee(s) along with your completed
Check Request
(instructions)
and
textbook request/receipt
forms.
Parking fees, late fees and other
expenses not directly related to tuition or books are NOT
reimbursable.
Please print out and attach to the Check
Request form a copy of your course schedule that includes your name, the
semester registered for and the course title. Course schedules may be
accessed through
myUFC. Check Requests without
receipts, course schedules and textbook request/receipt forms will be returned to the faculty member for
completion.
Please keep copies of all paperwork for
your records.
Meeting the graduate course requirement – 2 steps

Order an
official transcript from the UCF and request that it be mailed
directly to:

to document your completion of a course with a "B" or better and to
inform her that you have ordered transcripts
After the transcript is received by Human
Resources, you will be sent a confirmation e-mail, and the transcript
will be filed in your official employee folder. It is your
responsibility to report the successful completion of a course.
