Lending process:

•  Supervisor completes the SPD Lending Library Request
•  Limit request to 1 video at a time
•  Materials housed in SPD/HR, EpiCenter Services
•  If material is not available, supervisor can request option of waiting list
•  Return all materials to Matthew Stewart, Epi Services, within 10 days from receipt
