Admission*

 

1.      Complete the USF NON-DEGREE SEEKING application online.

ü       You will need: driver’s license, voter’s registration and/or vehicle registration

ü        When asked to enter program of study, please select “non-degree”

2.      Submit Immunization Health History form (Mailing address and fax number on form).

          3.  A critical portion of the instruction for this course will rely on the USF online instructional platform  

               BlackBoard.  A student ID card number is required for BlackBoard access. 

                 ü       Apply for student ID card

 

 *If you have taken a USF course within the year, you do not need to complete steps 1 and 2.  Reactivate your former OASIS ID# and password by faxing a written request, including your name and student ID number, to the Registrar's Office (813) 974-5271.

 

 

Registration

 

After receiving your OASIS ID# and password, use the information provided in the schedule above to enroll in a course.  For questions, please contact Registrar's Office at (813) 974-2000.


 

 

Textbook(s)

 

St. Petersburg College's SPD department has some textbooks* available to lend:

 

ü       Please check the SPD textbook inventory for availability

ü       If textbooks are available, complete textbook request/receipt form

ü       If textbooks are not available, you may apply to be reimbursed for the expense

     (See textbooks request form for details)

 

 

Please refrain from marking in loaned textbooks or those you are submitting to be reimbursed for.

 

(* Course instructors may substitute textbooks and reading materials at their discretion)

 

 

Reimbursement
 

Please submit original receipts for tuition, books and application fee(s) along with your completed

Check Request (instructions) and textbook request/receipt forms. 

 

Parking fees, late fees and other expenses not directly related to tuition or books are NOT reimbursable.  

 

Please print out and attach to the Check Request form a copy of your course schedule that includes your name, the semester registered for and the course title.  Course schedules may be accessed through OASIS.  Check Requests without receipts, course schedules and textbook request/receipt forms will be returned to the faculty member for completion.  

 

Please keep copies of all paperwork for your records.

 

Meeting the graduate course requirement – 2 steps

ü  Order an official transcript from USF and request that it be mailed directly to:

ü  Please email Matthew Stewart, St. Petersburg College, Human Resources to document your completion of a course with a "B" or better and to inform her that you have ordered transcripts

After the transcript is received by Human Resources, you will be sent a confirmation e-mail, and the transcript will be filed in your official employee folder.  It is your responsibility to report the successful completion of a course

Withdrawals


Should it be necessary for you to withdraw from the class, please complete the Withdrawal Form along with the Petition to Withdraw Form. Both forms should be printed, signed, and mailed to:
