This is an online form for requesting
additional access to components in the PeopleSoft Student
Administration System you don't already have.
It will require approval from your supervisor and cabinet member which
will be sought upon submission.
Submit a Request for Network Folder Access
This is an online form for requesting
specific access to SPC network folders you don't already have. It will
require approval from your supervisor and possibly, your cabinet
member which will be sought upon submission.
Access Agreement Form
Compliance is required to have access
to the information in the student system. This form is for
informational purposes only. The most current version will be
