Revised Daily Registration Enrollment Report
(New 11/02/2007) |
The daily
registration enrollment report has been revised to offer better insight into
the registration patterns of the college, its campuses, and its programs. |
CLAST and Foreign Language Audit Report
(New 7/11/2006) |
The purpose
of this report is to provide an audit for 2 baccalaureate program completion
requirements prior to the student applying for graduation. Students in the
UD programs need to pass or be exempt from all four sections of the CLAST
tests, and complete the foreign language requirement in order to graduate. |

Display Class List Report Step by Step
|
This report is a class roster that gives the student’s
phone number, address, major and enrollment/withdrawal information. The report will also show a student’s status, such as SSS, VET, Dual, Chart
and Early Admissions as well as a grade and an advisor, if any exist. |

Graduate List Report |
This report
lists all graduates for a given term including their gender, race, address,
phone, SSN, program (major), and the date the graduation was completed. |

SPC AS Graduates Active In Baccalaureate Program |
The purpose
of this report is to identify the number of students, who received an AS
degree from SPC in the terms specified, and are currently active in a SPC BS
or BAS program. Enrollment is disregarded. |

Student
Withdrawal Report |
This report lists students who are
withdrawn from classes during the term specified. |
|
UD GPA And Hours Report |
The purpose
of this report is to identify students, in the plan specified, with the
number of completed upper division credit hours specified, who are enrolled
at SPC for the current term and with a GPA in the range specified. |

The Full Time/Adjunct Ratio report shows by term and academic
org, the number of workload hours for full time, % of load, and adjunct
instructors. The report also shows the percentage of workload hours taught
by adjuncts. You can run the report by org, campus or both. |

The FMD is an informational report only. There is no impact to
employment or pay based on information printing or not printing on the
report. |

Report lists classes scheduled for the time period you select; by term or
range of dates. The report shows the course, state reporting codes,
meeting information, enrollment information and ESH (Earned Student Hours). |
