POSITION TITLE: Manager,
Functional User Student System Support
DEPARTMENT: Academic & Student Affairs – Enrollment Mgt

BASIC FUNCTION:
Responsible
for the management, planning, and continuing development of the college’s
student system support relative to functional business processes such as
admissions, registration, course and faculty management, student and faculty
self-service, advisement and other functional areas that provide support to
students and staff. Reports to the Associate Vice
President for Enrollment Management.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelors
- Masters Degree preferred.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
Three (3) years experience in coordination of programs at the
post-secondary level. Experience
supporting users of the PeopleSoft Student Administration System. Business Analyst or Programming experience using PeopleSoft query/SQL
preferred.
KNOWLEDGE/ABILITIES/SKILL
REQUIREMENTS:
Knowledge of Student Affairs/Services best practices. Skill in
oral and written communication. Ability to
effectively communicate with the Information Technology staff to resolve
technical problems. Ability to work with students,
faculty and administrators in program development. Verbal and written
communications skills. Ability to plan and organize. Management and supervisory skills. Ability to
document. Ability to reason
logically. Ability to adjust to change
and be innovative.
