POSITION TITLE: Manager, PeopleSoft Student
System Development (Functional Business Analyst)

BASIC FUNCTION:
Responsible for the Coordination, management, planning, and
continuing development of a segment of the college’s student system support
which may include one or more of the following functional business processes:
admissions, financial aid, registration, student financials, course and faculty
management, student and faculty self-service, advisement and other functional
areas that provide support to students and staff.

REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution (Master’s preferred)
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
Three (3) years experience in coordination of
programs at the post-secondary level. Experience supporting users of the PeopleSoft Student
Administration System.
Business
Analyst or Programming experience using PeopleSoft query/SQL preferred.
KNOWLEDGE/ABILITIES/SKILL
REQUIREMENTS:
Knowledge of Student Affairs/Services best practices. Skill in oral and written
communication. Ability
to effectively communicate with the Information Technology staff to resolve
technical problems. Ability
to work with students, faculty and administrators in program development. Verbal and written communications
skills. Ability to plan and organize. Management and supervisory skills. Ability to document. Ability to reason
logically. Ability
to adjust to change and be innovative.
