Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Will my credits transfer?

A:

Students who graduate with an A.A. degree from SPC or other community college are guaranteed certain rights under the statewide articulation agreement.

By law, an A.A. degree from SPC guarantees you admission as a junior to one of the state's 11 public universities to pursue a bachelor's degree. This guarantee does not apply to limited-enrollment programs, which may have additional requirements

SPC accepts credits from other regionally accredited schools and other schools that have articulation agreements with the Florida Department of Education and/or SPC.
