Q: When should I apply for financial aid?

A:

Submit a Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) to apply for financial aid as soon as possible after Jan. 1, regardless of the date you begin college. Applications submitted on or before May 1 are given priority consideration for many types of aid. You must apply for financial aid each year.

Review all financial aid dates or contact Financial Assistance Services if you need assistance.
