1. Fill out the Freedom Calls request form to set up the call.
    
2. UPC will forward the request to Freedom Calls Foundation and they will coordinate the dates & times of proposed call.
    
3. UPC will contact you when a determined timeframe has been established and when you will need to be at the UPC for the call.
