Once you have completed your educational requirement, you will need to complete the following to become registered as a direct disposer.

After you have passed the Law course, complete the application and forms required by the State Board, by going to their website.

Request a copy of your transcript to be sent to the State Board at the end of the semester in which you pass FSE 2080 Funeral Law.

Submit documentation that you have completed a Board approved course on HIV/AIDS. The course is required to be a 2-hour program. You will need to keep your certificate or letter that documents your completion of this requirement.
