EMS 1059C - EMS First Responder

This is an excellent pre-EMT course, and will definitely make you more successful in EMT class!

Open to anyone interested in learning more about EMS and health occupations in general,

including high school and dual enrollment students, age 16 and over. This is a combined lecture/lab course, with lots of hands-on experience.

No prerequisites other than meeting SPC college admission requirements.

Excellent introduction course to EMS and other first response roles such as firefighters, police, lifeguards, military etc.

This is a 3 college credit course, and is scheduled to be offered in the Fall Session beginning August 25, 2008 on Thursdays, from 5 pm - 8 pm.
