Circulation Services: Community (non-student) library cards are available to residents of Pinellas County. Applicants must be 14 years old and reside in cities that belong to the Pinellas Public Library Cooperative. Children's library cards must be requested and signed for by a parent or legal guardian. St. Petersburg College issues student ID cards that also are used as library cards. Library materials may be returned to any member library of the Pinellas Public Library Cooperative or to any SPC campus library. Lost or stolen cards should be promptly reported to avoid unathorized use. Damage, lost or late return of materials will result in fines or other charges.
