	Executive Director Thomas Lange is a graduate of St. Petersburg Junior College, St. Leo College and the FBI National Academy. He became Executive Director of the Pinellas Police Standards Council in 1995, after retiring as Chief of Police in St. Pete Beach, where he completed 27 years of law enforcement service.
	Administrative Secretary Diane Luisi served 18 years with Pinellas County Schools, most of which were as a Legal Secretary. She has extensive experience with Pinellas County Schools in the Department of Professional Standards.
	John Brown has conducted background investigations for PASS since 1992 when he retired as a Sergeant with the Dunedin, Florida Police Department. He is a graduate of Scarritt University in Nashville, Tennessee.
	Lu Ann Elsbury joined the PASS staff as a background investigator following a 23-year career with the Indiana Department of Corrections. She is a graduate of Marian College.
