Deployment & Red Cross Intro - CANCELLED
September 17-18, 2009
SPC Health Education Center - 274A
(Driving

Families of the military may not always
access military services for mental health care. Grandparents,
parents, spouses, children and others with one or more family
members who are in the military (including state national guard or
reserves) need support to help them handle the stressors which they
will, are or have faced due to being deployed to Iraq, Afghanistan
or some other foreign post. This program addresses the use of
psychological first aid to assist service members and their
families, facing unexpected challenges in their lives as they handle
the cycle of deployment.
Morning coffee and
lunch will be provided.
Please arrive between 7:15AM - 7:45AM to sign-in. Conference begins
promptly at 8:00AM. No partial credit. You must arrive on time and
stay all day to receive credit.
