General Information

REGISTRATION INFO
Because enrollment is limited, registrations for CE Health classes must be received one week prior to class/seminar start date.  Enrollment for contact hour courses (called non-credit) is on a first-come, first-served basis.  You must pay for all non-credit classes immediately with a Visa, AMEX or MasterCard number.  No partial credits offered.  No substitutions allowed. 
Confirmations will not be mailed.  The Certificate of Completion is your receipt.

REFUNDS
Refund Requests: Must be made in writing: NO REFUNDS/CANCELLATIONS ONE WEEK PRIOR TO CLASS.

CANCELLATIONS
If you have registered in advance and provided a telephone number and address, we will attempt to contact you about cancellations.  The college reserves the right to cancel a class because of insufficient enrollment.  

TEXTBOOKS
