Tony Blauer’s Tactical Confrontation Management Systems focus on "precontact psychology" and behavioral research, designed for the law enforcement or corrections officer.

defenseBlauer Tactical Ground Fighting - Practical urban ground fighting techniques for the law enforcement or correction officer are emphasized in this five-day course. Strategos Physical Conflict Resolution - This training provides all applicable strategies and techniques needed by law enforcement officers to operate in close proximity to a wide variety of potential threats if those threats become physically non-compliant or overtly aggressive. The officer must resolve any situation by adhering to the appropriate Rules of Engagement/Use of Force Policies dictated by the reasonable application force, if and when force is required. In today's higher threat, active-shooter situations, your job may not always be entirely defensive in nature, regardless you must only use the minimum amount of force required to resolve the situation. There is a Force Continuum. It's there for a reason and we must respect the concept.

Survival Training for the Female Officer - The individual skills of female law enforcement and corrections officers are enhanced in this 40-hour course in survival training. Designed to improve the psychological advantage and physical skills necessary to survive confrontation and deadly force, the seminar is open to officers who are physically fit and willing to participate both physically and mentally. Articles on this course have appeared in more than six national law enforcement publications.

Use of Force Simulation Instructor (Simunitions Instructor) - The goal of this 3-day program is to train and certify Use of Force Instructors in the safe use of devices currently employed during use of force simulations. upThis "simunitions" training has become a preferred method of teaching and testing officer responses in the use of force continuum.
