Captain Scott Stiner Captain Stiner is currently the Commander of the Pinellas County Sheriff's Office Forensic Science Division and has served as the Disaster Preparedness Coodinator facilitiating training for the Sheriff for the past 21 years. He is a member of the Pinellas County Disaster Advisory Committee and serves as the state EOC coordinator for the Florida Sheriff's State Wide Task Force. Mr. Stiner has conducted numberous workshops and seminars for the National Sheriff's Association, National Hurrican Conference, the Governor's Hurricane Conference in Florida, the Flroida Sheriff's Association and the Floida Department of Law Enforcement. He was instrumental in developing a statewide Emergency Response Plan for all 67 Sheriff's Offices in the state that was first put into use during Hurricane Opal in October 1995.
