James E. Martin, Jr., Ph. D. Dr. Martin has served as Vice-President for Student Affairs at Pensacola Junior College since 2003. He graduated from Bowling Green State University in Bowling Green, Ohio, with a Dorctor of Philosophy in Educational Administration and Supervision and he received his master of Education in Counseling from The University of Virginia in Charlottesville, VA. Dr. Martin has received many horors, professional recognitions and made numberous professional presentations. Dr. Martin provides leadership and supervision to the offices throughout the college instituion, spearheading successful initiatives in numerous programs and academic areas.
