Michael Hardin Michael Hardin, a native of Pensacola, is the Chief of emergency Management for Escambia County. He returned to Pensacola in 1999 and has more than 18 years of experience with local and state goverment issues. He is a member of the national assessment team for the Emergecny Management Accrediation Progra, Co-Chair of the Emergency Mangement Sub-Group for the Northwest Florida Reginal Domestic Security Taks Force and Co-Chair of Region I Local Emergency Planning Committee. He is also a Certified Manager through the Institute of Certified Professional Mangers. Mr. Hardin is a memeber of Pensacola North Rotary, a Board member of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Northwest Florida and a graduate of Leadership Pensacola Class of 2003.
