Inspector Williams is assigned to the Office of Field Services in the Investigations and Forensic Sciences Program in Tallahassee. During any declared emergency or activation of the State Emergency Operations Center he is assigned to ESF 16 to assist with the coordination of state and local law enforcemtne agencies responding to the emergency.
