Tom Weaver Tom Weaver holds a Master's Degree in both Healthcare Administration and Education. He served over 20 years in fire/rescue/has-mat and over 18 years in healthcare administration. These activities have included serving as Captian of a Heavy Rescue Unit, Has-Mat Commander and key management positions in emergency services. He co-authored the basic WMD Decon Program utilized by many hospitals across the county, has worked on projects with the U.S. Soldiers & Biological Command, the International WMD Sympsoium and served as a Team Commander of a Federal Dcon Team at the 2002 Winter Olympics. Mr. Weaver has served in many positions in emergency management including being a Deputy in Conty Emergency Management an on a post 9/11 national healthcare committee. For the last three years he has served with the Florida Division of Emergency Management in Talla hassee and during the 2004 Hurrican Season heald in the position of Human Services Branch Chief at the State Emergency Ooperaiton Center.
