  A native of St. Petersburg and a graduate of Boca Ciega High School, Coach Crumbley graduated from Arizona Western College before transferring to Utah State University and a master's degree from the University of South Florida in Educational Counseling. He has been a full-time employee of St Petersburg College since 1992 in Special Programs. The Suncoast Coach of the year in 2001-02, he is in his eighth year at SPC as head coach. He is the President of Delta Omicron Sigma chapter of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity Inc. in St Petersburg.

  He and his wife, Shirley, have two sons -- Earnest Jr., a gradaute of Florida Atlantic University and its all-time leader in scoring and assists, and Kory a senior player on scholarship in basketball at Bethune Cookman College.

  A native of St. Petersburg and graduate of Boca Ciega after an outstanding Prep Career as the leading scorer in Pinellas County in 1975…Holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree in Education from FAMU…Former assistant coach at FAMU (1981)…Former assistant coach at University of Maryland at Eastern Shores for four years…Former Head Coach of NBA Summer Pro League in Calif….Former NBA scout for the Los Angeles Clippers and Los Angeles Lakers where he was responsible for scouting Div. I and Div. II men’s basketball teams for Bill Bertka…He is a member of Kappa Alpha Psi fraternity and Phi Delta Kappa…George will assist in all phases of the Titans' Basketball program, which includes recruiting, on the floor coaching and game preparation.
