Financy Fair Lender Registration
Tuesday June 28th: 12-2PM
Description: Lenders, register here to participate in The FSBDC at Pinellas County’s Annual Finance Fair. This is your chance to talk one-to-one with more than 100 interested businesses owners all in one place and one afternoon. You will also be able to network and partner with community lending resources, such as the FSBDC, SBA, CDC’s,and PCED. Space is limited to 20 lenders and registration fills quickly. Only one representative from your organization will be registered as the contact. Your $50 registration allows for two people from your agency, a 6' table and 2 chairs. Table and back drop displays are welcome along with your marketing collateral. Lunch will be provided. Set up begins at 10:30 AM.

Tampa Bay Innovation Center Presents TECH Talk
Program: Crowdfunding under Federal and State Law

Description:  David Doney, managing partner of Akerman LLP's Tampa office, will present "Crowdfunding under Federal and State Law" and will discuss the opportunities and risks for small businesses considering a crowdfunding transaction.    
Doney's practice is concentrated in the corporate and securities law areas and principally involves mergers and acquisitions, public and private securities financings, corporate governance, Securities Exchange Act reporting and compliance matters, and other complex business transactions. He has focused his efforts on providing efficient and sophisticated legal services to established public companies, privately held companies with significant growth potential, and sources of capital.
