A: Complete an application to become a St. Petersburg College student (there is no application fee for Dual Enrollment students). Q. What is the cost to participate in Dual Enrollment? A: Tuition is free for all qualified students. Public school students are provided free textbooks. Home school and private school students must buy their textbooks. Q. Do I have to take the College Placement Test (CPT)? A: Yes. The placement test will indicate readiness for college level work. SAT or ACT scores may be used if the scores meet college standards. Q.
