Struggling to find employees with the right skills and the right attitude?

Florida Ready to Work is a new employee credentialing program that tests – and scores – a worker’s job skills and work habits. It provides job seekers with a credential certificate that proves to employers that they have achieved the right skills and the right attitude for the job. For employers, it helps take the guesswork out of hiring, saving time and money. You can use Florida Ready to Work to enhance job applicant assessment and use it as a tool to build the skills of current employees– for free!

Florida Ready to Work is sponsored by the State of Florida, so there is no cost for employers or jobseekers to participate in the program.

Your partners in Pinellas County are sponsoring a Breakfast Showcase to discuss the benefits of Florida Ready to Work and what value it can bring to your business.

Please accept our invitation to attend a free breakfast to learn more about how Florida Ready to Work can assist your business in finding employees with the right skills and attitude.
