Andrea has over 18 years experience leading corporate training and organizational development functions in Fortune 500 companies in manufacturing, hospitality and communications industries, including: Chrysler, GE, Universal Studios and Cox Communications. She has also been a corporate consultant for Paradigm Learning, leading projects for key company initiatives (Frito-Lay, Pepsi, Capital One, Kimberly-Clark, HCA, Sabre). Andrea is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach through the Coaches Training Institute and has been coaching executives in her own practice. Andrea leads the Collaborative Labs at St. Petersburg College, providing organizations with leading edge strategic meeting design and facilitation for accelerated results. Her education includes a B.A. from Wheaton College, a M.Ed., and post-graduate work in Educational Psychology from the University of Toledo. Jim Berry, Manager, Collaborative Labs
Jim has spent the last seven years leading and facilitating new product research and development projects. Most recently spent two years working with federal agencies in developing new anti-terrorism training products at St Petersburg College’s National Terrorism Preparedness Institute. Jim continues to consult on new product development with clients in a variety of industries and brings this experience and creative thinking to each collaborative engagement.
