STEP 1:
We facilitate two planning meetings with you. Each meeting requires 1 to 2 hours. The first meeting determines your objectives and customizes your session. The second meeting is to review the design document we prepare for your collaborative engagement. These planning meetings ensure a clear direction and solid outcomes.

We deliver your team’s actionable plan the next business day.
We produce an immediate, web-based real time record of your teamwork. We’ll take the notes, photos, and polls and merge it into a real-time record of your ideas, timelines and deliverables. This end-product of the engagement is available by close of the next business day!
In addition, we can support your implementation and execution through business coaching, customized virtual team platforms and follow-on collaborative engagements. |
