POSITION TITLE: Coordinator, Auxiliary Services
DEPARTMENT: Administrative/Business Services SITE: DO
SALARY SCHEDULE: A&P GRADE: C
BASIC FUNCTION:
Serves as the Administrative Services Division’s coordinator for the development of RFQs and RFPs, purchasing/bidding processes, operations, and contract negotiations as related to all Auxiliary Services functions.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality Management or related field.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
Three (3) years experience in the field related to hospitality management, housing and finance.
KNOWLEDGE/ABILITIES/SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
Knowledge of the principles and practices involved in Auxiliary Services and management. Knowledge of the budgeting. Knowledge of the procedures and laws relating to contract processing. Knowledge of the computerized applications relating to Auxiliary Services planning. Knowledge of mathematics used in budgeting. Ability to develop and maintain budgets and documents relating to auxiliary services. Ability to communicate verbally and in written form. Skill in the operation of a computer.
