POSITION DESCRIPTION

POSITION TITLE: Coordinator, Campus Student and Business Services                    

DEPARTMENT: TSC      SITE:  TSC

SALARY SCHEDULE: APM        GRADE:  B

BASIC FUNCTION:

Responsible for the overall implementation, management and supervision of administrative, campus support services, business office operations, admissions, records, registration, word processing/academic support services, technical support services and coordination of administrative events.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

Master’s Degree.

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

Four (4) years experience in managing and supervising staff and multiple departments.

KNOWLEDGE/ABILITIES/SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

Knowledge of SPC BOT Rules and Florida Statutes that apply to graduation and residency. Knowledge of database management and computer record keeping systems. Knowledge of computer networking concepts. Knowledge of the total process involved in the admissions and records. Knowledge of the specialized software used in campus applications. Knowledge of accounting practices and procedures. Ability to maintain a complex system of student records Ability to establish and maintain working relationships with students, staff, faculty and the public.  Possession of written and verbal communication skills. Possession of human relations skills. Interpersonal relations skills. Skill in reading comprehension. Organizational skills. Position requires customer relations skills and attention to detail.
