Classification & Salary Schedule

The Director of Human Resources shall annually submit to the President recommendations for salary schedules and related policies. The schedules shall be based upon adopted classification standards and shall determine the basis for compensation of the following classes of college employees:

The schedules, upon adoption by the Board of Trustees, will be the instruments used in determining the annual, biweekly, daily, hourly, and periodic compensation of college employees.
