SPC's Web and Instructional Technology Services RLO (reusable learning objects) site. Reusable Learning objects are resources that can be used to help enhance the intended learning outcome. To some people it could be collection of web pages. To others a learning object requires a certain level of interaction. This is the problem with the definition of a reusable learning object. Most agree that learning objects should have a set of learning objectives and outcomes that meet those objectives. The learning object can be created using animation or just text as long as it meets the objectives and outcomes.

Reusable Learning Objects can enhance your course whether you are teaching an online or face-to-face course. The RLO site is your one stop shop for requesting, understanding, and obtaining learning objects.
