Governor Charlie Crist recently initiated an Executive Order creating the Gubernatorial Task Force for University Campus Safety.


We recognize the importance of providing a safe environment for students and faculty. Therefore, St. Petersburg College hosted a two-day workshop, sharing best practices and featuring experts on all topics related to prevention, intervention, response and aftermath of a crisis situation. In addition, nationally known subject matter experts served as keynote speakers.
