Pinellas Technical Education Center
In accordance with the Interinstitutional Articulation Agreement between the Pinellas County Schools Board of Education and the St. Petersburg College Board of Trustees, this program-to –program agreement provides opportunities for students to receive college credit for appropriate work completed at the technical education center. St. Petersburg College agrees to award college credit to Pinellas County Commercial Art Technology graduates as specifically defined below.

Students must present a portfolio of work demonstrating mastery at an acceptable level. Students will not be charged any fees for the awarding of hours
covered by this agreement. A grade of "P" will be given for the college credit. A minimum grade point average of 3.0 in the program area will be required before
credit is issued. Students must enroll at SPC as a degree seeking student within two (2) years after graduation to be eligible to receive the articulated credit.
This Career Pathways/Tech Prep Articulation Agreement replaces any previously existing agreements relating to the aforementioned program
This agreement will be reviewed every two years.

In accordance with the Interinstitutional Articulation Agreement between the Pinellas County School Board of Education and the St. Petersburg College Board of Trustees, this program-to-program agreement provides opportunities for students who have completed the postsecondary certificate programs, registered apprenticeship programs, or state certification programs to receive credit in the Industrial Management Technology program, as identified in the following tables. Credit will be awarded on the basis of a 75 clock hour:1 college credit ratio with a maximum of 24 credits.

Florida Department of Transportation Maintenance of Traffic --- Advanced
State Certification Programs for which 12 Credits will be Awarded by SPC
Class B Water or Wastewater Treatment Operator Certificate issued by the State of Florida.
Class B Water, Wastewater Collection, or Stormwater Management System Operator Certificate issued by the Florida Water and Pollution Control
Operator Association.
