scores less than those listed shall enroll in college
preparatory communication and computation instruction.
School district technical center and community college faculty
committee met and agreed to propose that the 1800 clock hour
program in Printing & Graphics Communication shall articulate
six (6) college credit hours to the AAS/AS Degree in Graphics
Technology. This agreement does not preclude but encourages the
awarding of additional credits by any college through local
agreements.
Articulation
Six (6) credits will be awarded based upon the student receiving
a PSAV certificate of completion from the Printing & Graphics
Communication Program, a portfolio including but not limited to:
typography, digital imagery, page layout, pre-press, vector
graphics, and color & design and the completion of GRA 1100C,
Principles of Graphic Design, with a grade of “C” or better. The
courses at St. Petersburg College for which the students will
receive credit are:
