Members of Bill Scale's Sophomore Applications class at Seminole High School did a nine week project on "Career Exploration."  Each student used Choices Planner Interest Profiler and Values Sorter to narrow down their career possibilities.  They then researched careers using the Virtual Mentor website as well as other web-based sources.  Once they chose a career, they made a Power Point Presentation that they presented to the class.  The presentation was to be ten minutes in length.  Classmates then gave written feedback to the presenter, listing strengths and weaknesses of the presentation.

Students learn about educational requirements and course content to become a veterinarian.

Students are told about the job duties and career ladder of a Kindergarten Teacher.
