Services for Students
      Student Lounge, ST 118A & Meeting Room - ST-113
Students are invited to relax, study, watch TV, play billiards, table tennis and various games.  Clubs may book ST 113 for monthly meetings by contacting the Student Activities Office.

Special Events

Student Activities puts together a variety of special and cultural events throughout the year. Most activities are free to students. Back-to-school Bash, "Food-for-Thought", Beach Week activities, and Off-Campus Excursions (nominal fee) to various local attractions are a few examples of these events.  Check out the SPC Event Calendar for specific events.
 
General Bulletin Boards
All notices must be approved by Student Activities.  The Student Activities Office will review and post approved college related materials on designated bulletin boards on campus.

Fitness Center - ST-104

Nautilus equipment, cardio machines, and free weights are available to all currently enrolled students to work out. Students must show a valid SPC Student ID card, wear appropriate workout attire, and bring a towel. Please see NOTE below for additional information.

Athletics

Intercollegiate athletics include men's baseball and women's softball, men's and women's basketball, women's volleyball and women's tennis.  Clearwater Campus is home to the men's baseball and women's softball team. All other teams are located on the St. Petersburg/Gibbs Campus.

 

Lost and Found

Lost articles can be turned in or claimed at the Student Activities Office during office hours.

Participation in Intramural and Recreational Sports Programs, the Fitness Center, and fitness related activities is completely voluntary. Individuals participate at their own risk and assume responsibility for their own health and safety. St. Petersburg College is not liable for injuries sustained during participation in any of the above activities. It is strongly recommended that participants consult a physician and/or have a physical examination prior to participation. St. Petersburg College does not provide personal accident/health insurance. Therefore, participants are strongly urged to secure their own insurance. You may suffer physical and/or mental injury from participating in the above activities.
