Internal Control Center of Excellence

The ICI course content prepares students to design and/or assess internal control and to assist management in installing internal control processes. These courses are an important part of The Internal Control Institute’s (ICI) “Certification Series”.

The series prepares students for the Certified Internal Control Specialist (CICS) Examination. The Certification is a personal, professional certification of competence that is granted to individuals who meet the requirements of the certification program. Individuals must demonstrate an understanding and comprehension of the CICS Common Body of Knowledge. The certification is granted by the Internal Control Institute and testing is administered by The Internal Control Center of Excellence at St. Petersburg College. The below courses are scheduled once a month. Once you start a class you will have 90 days to complete the course. Please contact us if you need to get into the course as a late registration.
