together and calling them a team does not work well. This course is an
introduction to team building, which will give you the skills necessary to
successfully build a well-performing work team. Both applied and theoretical
viewpoints are presented within the course. In addition, specific topics such as
rewards, conflict and virtual teams are discussed. Finally, this course offers
several team building exercises that you can use with your own work teams.
