This 5 day 36
hour course includes lectures, hands-on exercises, Q &A, and lots of sample
exam questions. This course focuses on the Guide to the Project Management
Body of Knowledge – PMBOK and covers all knowledge areas that are covered on
the actual exam. This course is designed to first provide project managers
with a refresher on project management as it pertains to understanding and
applying the International Standards for project management. The second half
of the course is a highly focused exam preparation.
Who Should Attend
Project managers and/or individuals that are interested in the prerequisite
35 hours for the Project Management Institute ’s PMP ® certification exam.
Students should already be familiar with the basics of the project
management process.
