To
complete a registration form for classes offered at Corporate Training, click on
the CT Registration link below.
(You will need a copy
of Adobe Reader to open the form. There is an icon below to help you do this.)
Once open, you can print out the form, fill it in, and then mail or fax it back
to us. OR you can complete it on-line by clicking in each of the fields and
entering the information. Then print the completed form, sign the appropriate
areas, and fax or mail it to us.

Note for St.

- Monday and Thursday, 8:30am-7:00pm
- Tuesday and Wednesday, 8:30am-4:30pm
- Friday, 8:30am-2:00pm

Registration Policies:

are sent after registration is complete.

Early
registration is strongly encouraged due to limited class size. Registering
at the door is restricted to space availability. Enrollment is on a first-come,
first-serve basis. Courses without sufficient enrollment are subject to
cancellation.
Refunds:
Fees are refundable if a student withdraws in writing before the first class
meeting or before the second-class meeting of a class lasting more than one day.
All course materials (books, assessments, handouts, disks, etc.) must be
returned unused to Corporate Training for refunds to be processed. Students will
be billed for the course materials should a refund be processed before course
materials are returned to Corporate Training. Note: Individual students-
not companies- are refunded for public courses.
Class
Cancellations: If you have registered for a course the college must cancel,
every attempt will be made to contact you by telephone or in writing. We reserve
the right to cancel a class due to insufficient enrollment. Refunds will be
processed by SPC's Central Business Office and mailed to you.
