"Google and Beyond: Finding Information on the Web."

The first BEEP ever to be revised, this issue has proven to be the most frequently accessed, even two years after its July 1, 2004 publication. Good links remain unchanged, obsolete and dead ones have been removed, and much new material has been added to make the issue as timely and useful now as it was then.

The contents of BEEP were developed under a grant from the U. S. Department of Education (DOE). However, those contents do not necessarily represent the policy of the DOE, and you should not assume endorsement by the Federal Government.
