Tutoring Resources for Online Students
SPC’s eCampus offers tutoring for our distance education students via email and phone. Enrolled students can choose from the following tutoring services:
Communications Tutoring Services
One-on-one tutoring is available via email for students enrolled in online reading and writing courses. Tutors are available to answer questions about course content; provide additional explanation of concepts presented in class; help students plan, organize and develop their writing assignments, and direct students to additional online resources for help with specific course topics.

Math Tutoring Services
Individualized math tutoring for actively enrolled SPC students is available via phone and email. A tutor can answer questions regarding homework assignments, provide explanations of math concepts, and direct students to additional online resources. Questions or requests for phone sessions may be submitted to math.cybertutor@spcollege.edu. Students can also call 727-394-6984 during school business hours to schedule an appointment. Students must provide their student number, instructor’s name and course title. Response times and appointment availability may vary during peak testing times.
