ITC Award for Excellence in eLearning: Outstanding Distance Learning Student

Have online classes been especially meaningful to you? If you are an SPC student who is able to continue your education because of online courses, or if online courses met a particular need in your life, would you like to share your experience with others?
In February, St. Petersburg College will host the 2011 eLearning Conference at the Tradewinds Island Grand Resort on St. Petersburg Beach. Sponsored by the Instructional Technology Council (ITC), the national conference is held annually for online administrators and faculty.
One student will be chosen as the ITC Outstanding Distance Learning Student and will be a guest of honor at an awards luncheon on Monday, Feb. 21. To be considered, please send a paragraph or two, telling how you've benefitted from online classes.
