Annual Notification Regarding Career and Technical Education

In accordance with US Department of Education Guidelines IV-O, Title VI: 34 C.F.R. § 100.6 (d) this notice shall serve to advise students, parents, employees and the general public that all Career and Technical Education opportunities offered by St. Petersburg College will be available to all students regardless of  race, color, ethnicity, religion, sex, age, national origin, marital status, pregnancy, sexual orientation, gender identity, genetic information, or against any qualified individual with disabilities.
