Creating and embracing belonging
The Office of Organizational Culture and Engagement (OCE) aims to provide leadership, information, consultation, coordination, and assistance to the various units within St. Petersburg College in an effort to embrace equity and belonging. The office also ensures SPC’s compliance with policies covering discrimination, harassment, accommodations, equal opportunity and Title IX. We reach beyond the college to establish beneficial relationships with individual and institutional partners who share mutual goals and interests. The office seeks to cultivate mutual respect and a sense of belonging throughout the college and the community.
