Standard educational compliance is set at 7 years. There are currently no plans to set a limit,
we estimate the system will hold around 10 years of email. At that point
we will need to
increase storage or purge older mail items.
In any case the college will notify it's users before purging any email.
ArchiveManager only stores saved mail items. Since drafts
are not yet saved, Archivemanager will not save the message until you save
the draft or send the message.
ArchiveManager does NOT archive Contacts, Calendar Events, or
Tasks.
