Step 1: With Internet Explorer open, click the "Tools" menu in the upper right corner of your window.

Step 2: Place your cursor over "Pop-up Blocker" (do not click). Another menu should appear either to the left or right of this menu. Click "Turn Off Pop-up Blocker".
Step 3: The "Tools" menu will close automatically after this. Click on the blocked link once again, and the previously blocked pop-up window should appear.

Tip: You may use the "Pop-up Blocker Settings" option to only allow pop-ups from college websites. All you'll have to do is add sites such as 'www.spcollege.edu' and 'angel.spcollege.edu'.
Step 1: With Internet Explorer open, click the icon on the upper right hand corner of your screen that looks like a gear.
Tip: If you put your cursor over the gear without clicking it, a 'tooltip' menu will pop up and label this icon "Tools (Alt+X)". Or, you may press Alt+X on your keyboard to bring up the "Tools" menu.

Step 2: Click 'Internet Options' on the menu which appears after clicking on the gear. You should see the following dialog box.
Step 3: Click the "Privacy" tab. Then uncheck the box next to "Turn on the Pop-up Blocker".
Step 4: Click 'OK'. Then click on the blocked link once again, and the previously blocked pop-up window should appear.
Step 1: With Firefox open, click "Tools", and then click "Options...".

Step 2: Click the "Content" image tab.

Step 3: Uncheck the box next to 'Block pop-up windows'. Click 'OK'. Then click on the blocked link once again, and the previously blocked pop-up window should appear.
Step 1: With Mozilla Firefox open, click on the orange "Firefox" tab at the upper left corner of the screen, and then click on the "Options" button.

Step 2: Click the "Content" image tab.

Step 3: Uncheck the box next to 'Block pop-up windows'. Click 'OK'. Then click on the blocked link once again, and the previously blocked pop-up window should appear.
Step 1: With Apple Safari open, click on the icon of a gear (outlined in red with the numeral 1), then click "Block Pop-Up Windows" (outlined in red with the numeral 2). There should no longer be a check next to "Block Pop-Up Windows".

Step 1: Click on the icon of a wrench (outlined in red with the numeral 1), then click "Settings" (outlined in red with the numeral 2).

Step 2: Under Settings, click on "Under the Hood".

Step 3: Click "Content settings...".

Step 4: Click "Manage exceptions...".

Step 5: Type in the following beneath 'Hostname Pattern': spcollege.edu
Click 'Allow'. You will now be able to navigate away from this settings page with popups enabled for St. Petersburg College websites.
